Workshop: Flying Pole (Nov 7)

Aerial pole combines the best of pole and the best of aerial! Using a silicone pole suspended from a single aerial point we will swing, spin and fly!  All levels are welcome to join. This workshop will present new conditioning challenges, tricks and sequences that can be modified based on the student’s abilities.  Lock in your spot early! Pricing increases to $50 the week before. Please read the following before purchasing: CANCELLATIONS - Workshops can be cancelled for a full-refund until 48 hours prior to the start of class, and for a partial refund until 24 hours prior to the start of the class. We are unable to offer refunds within 24 hours of the start of the class. We are fully insured for aerial and acrobatic sports to protect our students and our instructors. That said, aerial is a high risk sport, even the gentler varieties like aerial yoga, and should be treated as such. All students will be required to fill out a liability release form prior to attending class.
