The goal of this series is to destress by finding balance with our breath and form through the mirrored media of fabric & mat. This practice will explore movements with intentional meditation from earth to sky, and all the space between. Perfect for beginners, those who may feel limited in ability, or even the experienced yogi wanting to slow down their practice and go deeper. *All Levels*" Patrick has been studying the practice of yoga for 16 years, and was first introduced to aerial yoga 9 years ago. Patrick began teaching aerial yoga in an effort to explore the diverse asana possibilities and deeper pranic expression that the sling can offer as a supportive prop to any level of yogic practice. In Patrick's words: "Of all the experience that aerial yoga offers it is the union of earth and sky that I feel mirrors our form and breath which makes this particular form of yoga unique to practice.
