A focused, technique-driven workshop designed to break down Lion Rolls and Snake Rolls as well Croc on the lower bar. We’ll cover precise body positioning, momentum control, safe loading patterns, and clean entry/exit pathways. Expect progressive drills to build coordination, timing, and stability. Prerequisites: Prior Lyra experience at primary/inter level. Stable wrists and shoulders. CANCELLATIONS - Workshop purchases can be cancelled for a full-refund within 48 hours of purchase.
