In this two hour rope workshop we will go over dynamic technique, a short sequence and a drop. We will focus on using momentum to enter and exit into wraps. We will be working on a thrilling open drop! Prerequisites: Consecutively invert 3x with straight arms and have a solid wheel down. CANCELLATIONS - Workshop purchases can be cancelled for a full-refund within 48 hours of purchase. COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS - masks are now optional inside the studio - Training stations are set more than 6 feet apart. - mats are wiped down between use; facility is sanitized daily. - Hand sanitizing/washing and contactless temperature checks are done upon arrival.
