Workshop: Hip Hangs on Lyra!

In this two hour Hip Hang Lyra workshop, we will be working with hip hangs, braces, and leans and exploring different pathways with them. There will be twisting and rolling and shapes galore! Prerequisites: solid inversions and pullovers, comfort with single hip hangs About Julia Schoemig Julia is an aerialist and acrobat born and raised in Seattle, Washington specializing in Aerial Fabric and Lyra. She began taking fabric classes about 10 years ago and then eventually added in Lyra as well. She loves puzzle-y sequencing and transitions on both apparatuses and still considers herself a forever student in these and several other disciplines.
