This floor class aims to increase mobility while strengthening the muscles that will help support and control your flexibility and provide a new range of motion in your hips even when gravity is not on your side. We will be combining passive stretching, active flexibility exercises, and conditioning to push your splits to the limits in a safe and healthy manner. CANCELLATIONS - All 6-week series can be cancelled for a full-refund within 48 hours of purchase. - Individual classes within a 6-week series cannot be rescheduled if missed; please be sure you can attend each class. COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS - Please wear a mask inside the facility. Masks are required during training for the safety of the student and teacher. - Training stations are set more than 6 feet apart. - mats are wiped down between use; facility is sanitized daily. - Hand sanitizing/washing and contactless temperature checks are done upon arrival. - Fabrics are never shared between students (unless they are living in the same household and have consented to shared use). - Steel apparatuses will be untaped and wiped down with an alcohol based cleaner between students. - We encourage students to bring their own apparatuses if they have them. - We quarantine each fabric for 3 days between student use, and frequently wash fabrics.
